Event schedule Saturday 24th June 2017

The program for Balloon Happening edition 2017 is not yet known. But as a reference you can find below the program of one of the previous editions.

16.00 h: Doors open, and start of Waregem Child City: several animations (fair attractions, bouncy castles, performances, walk inside a hot air balloon, etc.) homemade-market, where local creative people show their work: homemade art, cloths, jewellery,... Discover Waregem from our "Balloon at crane"

16.05 h: Start of helicopter rides with a Bell 407 jet-turbine above Waregem and the region around it.

17.00 h: show remote-controlled balloons, airplanes en helicopters

18.00 h - 20.00 h: take off of several hot air balloons in all shapes (cat, lion,...), sizes and colours

19.00 h: Flights with the Festo airship with take-off and landing on the hippodrome.

20.00 h - 21.00 h: flights with illuminated rc-airplanes, helicopters and balloons.

Vanaf 21.00 h: hot air balloon teams are returning from their flight

21.30 h: spectacular night glow - (hot air balloons are illuminated with their burners on the beat of the music)

22.00 h: Fireworks!
